A movement for men

The
Steady Man.

Not perfect. Not performing. Just a man who keeps showing up — for himself, for the people he loves, and for the work that matters.

The idea

Most men are holding it together.
Barely.

You're functional. You show up. You handle things. But underneath that, there's something that never quite gets addressed — the weight, the noise, the sense that something needs to shift but you don't know where to start.

The Steady Man isn't about becoming a different person. It's about building consistency in the small things — the moments of honesty, the pauses before you react, the choice to slow down instead of power through.

Steady isn't slow. Steady is intentional.

Level 1 — The Entry Point

Start here.
One dollar.

This is the simplest commitment you can make. One dollar gets you into the movement and proves something to yourself — that you're willing to invest, even a little, in your own wellbeing.

In return, you get direct access to my thinking. 2–3 times a week, I'll text you something real — a moment to breathe, a reframe, a question worth sitting with, or just a reminder that you're not alone in this.

No app to download. No algorithm. Just a text from a therapist who means it.

What you get

  • 2–3 texts per week — encouragement, reflection prompts, or a moment to slow down
  • Direct from a licensed therapist who works with men every day
  • No spam. No upsell pressure. Just the work.
  • Cancel anytime — no hoops
$1/ month

Less than a coffee. More than most men spend on themselves.

Level 2 — Coming Soon

The Community.

A private space for men who are doing the work. Guided by a therapist. Built for depth, not noise. More details soon.

$97 / month — details coming

The long game

“Start with $1. Prove it to yourself. When you're ready for more — the community will be there.”

— Richie Leatherwood, LPC-T

Ready?

One decision.
One dollar.

You don't need a full plan. You just need to take the next right step. This is it.
