This website does not collect personal data beyond what you voluntarily submit through the contact form. No tracking cookies are used beyond basic analytics.

Your Rights
Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act (Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your scheduled service.
- You may ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Cancellation Policy
I require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. This allows me to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee, except in cases of genuine emergency. I understand that life happens — just reach out as soon as you know.
Late arrivals are accommodated within the original session window. Sessions do not run over into the next appointment.
